This is from Angela's point of view...
All For Love We wake in the morning, giving each other a smile Our talks over coffee never go quite as smooth as we'd like But you put up with me, even though I can't commit True, I love you, but I've never said it in all these years I'm off to work early, and the kids are off to school You're left alone to clean the house, but it's your job Some people may say we have a thing going, I believe them Then again, neither one of us will really own up to it It's hard sometimes, living in the same house together You're helping me raise my son, while raising your daughter How can you be so amazing? And why can't I just tell you? I guess it's the commitment I'm scared of making Why is it so hard to admit you love your best friend? Maybe I'm afraid of losing what we already have Would you be willing to give it all up for love? And what if it didn't work out? What would happen then? I must be questioning myself again, I do that often He loves me, I know he does, and I love him unconditionally All the tention filled stares and the randomly sweet kisses I would give them up in a moment... all for love |
