Default Tiffany vs The Beatles

I am listening to my "Tiffany" cassette by Tiffany and I Saw Him Standing Their is on. Her version of the song is so much better than the Beatles version. Who do you think is better between the two acts?

Please tell me you're joking, otherwise I have a baseball bat here that's going to be put to good use.

He has a link to an Air Supply!?! website in his signature. I don't think he's joking.

Use the bat.

As nutty as it may sound i have to agree I never cared for The Beatles and I grew up with Tiffany and have always been a fan.

Tiffany? One of the many reasons why grunge had to happen?

I like the Beatles version over Tiffany's version. I also like the version Paul McCartney sang on his Back in the U.S. Live 2002 album.

I like a lot of Tiffany's music, but when it comes to between Tiffany and the Beatles, the Beatles are better when it comes to that "I Saw Her Standing There" song.

I'm sorry, but this is just unfathomable to me. It's common knowledge that Tiffany is schlock, and her disposability has only been trumped by Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and their ilk.

Bottom line, her talent is really quite minimal.

The Beatles' relevance, on the other hand, has endured for more than forty years and shows no sign of weakening.

This isn't an opinion; it's a fact. I can prove it using an Etch-A-Sketch and a piece of scratch paper.

And how could any self-respecting music fan not care for this? My god, that count-off; that bass line!

By the way, I still can't tell Tiffany and Debbie Gibson apart. Luckily, I don't give a ****.

This reminds me of a conversation I had with a girl in 9th grade. She swore up and down to me that the New Kids On The Block were going to be bigger than the Beatles.

She's got enough plastic in her body to qualify as a Mattel toy.

(Thanks to Johnny Carson for that joke.)
