Did you know they were going to pick Sally Feild in the role of Alice in the first Friday the 13th? I wonder what would have happen if she played the part?

and secondly, how and where did you find that out?

that'd be kinda weird since even by 1979-1980, Sally was an established star that I don't think they would've wanted to give her a role in a slasher flick, plus she was too old for Alice.

That'd be weird...

She either would've made it less seedy or it's campyness would've brought her down with it.
