You know I missed almost all the best episodes of Moonlighting. Well, I'm actually glad about that
Now I have the urge to watch them. I don't think I would have that if I already saw them.I really hope those DVDs will come out before my birthday. I already warned my mum and dad that I was going to ask a HUGE present.

Very interesting dutchie...and since you are young, then this makes sense.
But I have to tell you that living through the excitement as it was actually happening was really fun. And the cool thing was there was plenty and I mean plenty of other folks who were fans that you could share your obsession with. Plus, you could get a regular ML fix from the press back then...either B or C or the show itself seemed to always be in the news. And nothing matched the "will they or won't they" mania back in 86/87. It was just so exciting!! |

Cindy,
I am not so young but I have to agree with Stephanie here. Although I did watch some episodes in the 80s I am in the UK so there was a delay before we got the show and though it was hugely popular I don't remember as much press excitement as you say (but that might just be that I read the wrong papers). Also I was only a teenager in the 80s so I feel the show makes much more sense to me now that I am around the same age as Maddie and David. And cause I am watching on ABC1 I get the excitement of having to wait till next week to see what happens next. Its almost as good as it would have been first time round except that I know the terrible end to it all
