You multiply what to each side to get the value of X?

3/4 x 3/4 = 9/16
3/4 x 4/3 = -1
3/4 x 4/3 = 1
3/4 x 3/4 = 9/16

-55 + X = 22
Add what to both sides to get the value of X?

X -23 = 41
You would.....
add -42

I wouldn't know those "which number do you divide by both sides crap" because i've always solved those kinds of algebra problems in a different way and it entirely baffles me that people do it any other way.

DIVIDE 25 BY 1/3, PEOPLE. WHAT IS THE POINT OF DOING IT ANY OTHER WAY?

OMFG. Those were super-easy for me when I was in school.

And I hate math. Go figure.
