Smile 11/14/04 eppy

I thought tonight's eppy was good......I especially liked the ending when Meg was telling her nephew about his dad.....I only have a few I guess complaints.....Like what was Helen thinking when she told Will to make the fries himself.......He is still a child and should not have been anywhere near the stove or even playing with it......If the kids didn't scream the house could of burnt down......

I think Jack was too harsh on Beth about Helen.....She was only trying to help her......When is Chris going to disappear.....

I'm not fond of Melanie either the way she and her friends made those remarks about Sam's part of town.....That annoyed me I hope he dumps her......Mel

I agree with you on all the things you said except the thing on Chris. It was so sweet that he restored her faith in JJ coming home. But I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

I liked the episode. I don't like Chris either. That baby is just so cute!! I also liked it when Meg was talking to him.
Oh, I have a question. So, did Meg not make the speech about her brother at the East Catholic thing? I don't think it was ever said if she did or not.
I've been looking forward to next week's episode for a LONG time now, and I'm glad it's not too long until it airs. JJ deserves to come home.
Well, that's all.

I think Helen told Will to do his own fries was because she's really depressed, thinking JJ is probably dead. She's really not thinking straight right now. When you're depressed like that ou really don't care about anything, including important things.

Chris used to annoy me a lot too, but each episode he grows more and more on me.

I also hope Sam dumps Melanie, she's way to uppity for him. He needs to be friends again with Meg.

Meg's dad seems to be really mean but he always ends up doing the right thing in the end. That shrink was not what a good shrink should be like. Beth is by far my favorite character, and her baby is SO CUTE! I didn't get the whole thing with the house and JJ and the weird french dude - can someone explain, please?

JJ comes home, but what happened to his leg? I'm so glad that Helen is better.

That french guy I didn't like him from the start...I had a feeling he was bad news......

As far as JJ's leg my guess is that injury is from when the french guy kicked him.....

Cause at first JJ couldn't get up but then he managed and when he scared the French guy he limped away......

So my guess is that injury is from him being kicked....Mel

Default JJ's leg

If you remember, JJ injured his leg in I believe the 2nd season. Rene kicking him probably resulted in a reinjury of the leg, hence, now the brace.

This was a good episode. The next one looks even better.

JJ broke his leg when he and Sam were racing each other at track practice in the 1st season. The leg didn't heal well enough for him to play football at college, and that's how JJ ended up in the marines... as a way to go to college.

So I agree, I think the leg brace and cane have something to do with the French man kicking him in the weak leg and re-injuring it.

It's as if JJ and Will have switched places, with the leg brace and all. Sad.

You think its trying to tell us something like we may have a Meteor Shower in 2005 sometime depending how many years it is until there is one.....

Just a thought on my mind.....Mel
