My printer is soooooooo stupid!!!! Its says there is a paper jam and there is NO PAPER EVEN IN IT???????

Maybe there's something stuck inside the printer. That's what happened to mine before.

maybe its just a cry for attention, you should try talk to it more.

turn it off, open it up, try blow the dust out, reboot and try it again

Gotta love HP PSC 1350's.

I have the same model as the poster who started this thread...So I understand his pain.

I don't have anything to suggest, except to hold down the stupid "Cancel" button...that always works for me.

We just got an HP PSC 110 series Copier/Scanner/Printer last week. It didn't come with a USB cable though.

Where did you buy yours? I had to get mine at Office Depot and the salesperson that assisted us informed us of that, so we got one along with it.

I got an HP 3320 that I got on sale at Walmart less than a year ago, when I went for support on the HP website it turns out the thing has been discontinued!

I agree with you ... maybe there is something eles jamed in there you should have your dad look at your printer and see whats wrong with it...

Yeah, what's up with that? Mine didn't come with one either. And they're not cheap! My poor printer is still waiting for the USB cable.

The box says "May not contain USB cable". What the ****? How are you supposed to run the stupid thing without it? Our old printer's USB cable is twice as large as this one. We're going to have buy one and they are running for $19.99 on hp.com
