The Cosby Show did have a Christmas episode. It aired during the show's final season with Cliff trying to convince Theo to put up the Christmas lights.

That wasn't a Christmas episode because it wasn't on Christmas Day. It was a day in December that probably wasn't too far from Christmas which is why they were talking about Christmas Lights.

Soap--Infact, No major holiday was ever involved in an episode of that show. Pretty much the same with Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.

even tho Jerry and Jason (not sure about Julia or Michael) were Jewish, it's too bad he didn't do an Christmas show. I'm sure there's so many little holiday quirks and the sort that Jerry could've really hit the nail on the head with in classic Seinfeld fashion.

True. The closest they came was the Festivus episode, but you couldn't even say that was a Christmas episode.

It was in keeping with part with the christmas theme. There were three eps that kept with or around the theme:

The ep from the first season when Cliff wanted better gifts on christmas, The Elvin the elf ep and the Christmas Lights ep.
