It's just the friggin' rules, okay?! If you just kept making this story with your own posts it wouldn't be fun for everyone else would it? Everyone should have a chance to take part in the story. The whole point of this thread is seeing how people would continue your part of the story, but if you continue your own posts, they can't do that.
