Post Jan or Marcia? Marcia or Jan?

Who's your favorite, Marcia or Jan? And Why?
(I'm surprised this topic wasn't already posted).

Jan.

She is the "original" Claire Danes expressing teenage angst (along with same level of beauty). Plus, Marcia gave off that prissy attitude.

Marcia is my favorite of the two older daughters because she is very hot and a groovy chick. Jan on the other hand . . . that's another story.

Agreed that Marcia is a hot and groovy chick. Jan looks pretty good herself during that last season. But with all her neuroses, you just know that she's high maintenance.

Jan was the most consistently entertaining, especially during her more psychotic episodes. It's always a lot of fun to see her freak out over something.

Jan,for two reasons;

She is the better-looking of the older daughters.
I always sympathize with the underdog.

When Jan said in frustration,"Marcia,Marcia, Marcia,"she had just been with an ex-teacher of Marcia's.Later,Cindy came home after talking with an ex-teacher of Jan's,as she said,"Jan,Jan,Jan!"

Default Marcia vs. Jan

Marcia was my favorite up until the last season, she was so hot. Then Jan finally changed her hair and got rid of those glasses, a real Cinderella. She was every bit as attractive as Marcia that last season, and was definitely a better actress than Maureen McCormick. I really felt sorry for Susan Olsen that year -- she was growing up but had to keep wearing those curls and talking in that little-girl voice. I didn't pay that much attention to her really, but wasn't she already wearing a bra by the final year?

Marcia was better-looking for the first three or four seasons (even in braces!), while Jan was better-looking towards the end of the series.

I disagree. Marcia was hot all the way through the series. Jan on the other hand wasn't that hot til the last season. Therefore, both of them were hot in the last season and both of them looked equally beautiful (in the last season).

I thought Jan was the best actress and she had such beautiful hair. Marcia was pretty. My brother was IN LOVE with Marcia.

I would have to say niether, they were both spoiled brats. But Marcia was and still is the more attractive of the two. But Florence Henderson still looks good for a woman in her 60s, and back in her day, I bet she looked better than both of them, and probably had a better attitude.
