My science teacher assigned us a simple assignment: Make a model of a cell. I could easily do this with the many foods scattered about the cupboards and fridge in my kitchen...
WE CAN'T USE FOOD THOUGH! AND IT HAS TO BE IN BY WEDNESDAY!!!

With the nucleus and rhybosomes and crap? Hmm...you could use string for the endoplasmic reticulum? I don't know -_-
And no, I don't know what I'm talking about. I looked up a picture. |

I'm going with the assumption you need a 3-d Cell with Cross-section view of the inner components with advice....
Get yourself a helluva lot of modeling clay and/or play-doh. And one LARGE styrofoam ball. Find a graphic of the cross-section of the particular cell (either Plant or Animal) you're modeling (They both should be in your text book). Cut out 1/4 of the sphere (Start at the top, cut downward to midway, and then cut directly off to either the left or right side) Start molding the clay/doh in the shapes you see in the book. I don't remember how sticky the old doh is, but attach each part of the cell into the empty part you cut out, in roughtly the same placement of the graphic. Make SURE those things are STUCK on there, or they might come off before you get to class. I did mine the night before it was due, back when I had to do it. Got done with time to spare. You've got two days, you'll be fine |
