Any comments on tonight's episode? Once again, brilliant stuff! The Zach mystery continues, Bree and Rex's marriage problem is becoming more clear and Mama Solis looks like is getting closer to finding out about Gabby's affair. No Mike in this episode, but he'll be in it in the next episode (which is in 2 weeks, next week is the AM Awards), along with Edie.

Haha the Abstinence Club.
I was glad we got to see another side of Bree - I think it's clear the marital problems aren't just her fault. And I really enjoyed Lynnette's storyline. After Bree, she's one of the strongest, most interesting characters on the show, imo. |

Yep another great episode. I was LMAO when Bree said she hated "the scrotum" OMG that was classic. And the Abstience Club was great too
Yep marriage problems aren't all Bree's fault, I have a feeling Bree's husband will turn out to be gay or something Loved it when Lynette told that witch off. I def. think Gabrielle's MIL has figured out who she's having the affair with. |

"I don't worry about John and Danielle, they're in the abstanance club." Brilliant!
I'm thinking Bree's husband is either gay, or has met another girl. After seeing them together last night, I'm leaning toward another girl. Looks like Gabrielle gets caught in two weeks. I'm guessing it will be by her mother in law, or Mrs. Huber. My guess is Dana was their daughter, and it was her body in that box. |

I'm starting to think that Rex is not gay, but it's something else. Gay seems too obvious? Bree is hysterical and the steamy scene when she can't take her eyes off the cheesesteak is hilarious.
I'm really curious about Zach -- do you think Susan's daughter will be able to creep back in there and figure out more about Dana and Zach's story? |

I think that Rex and Mary were having an affair for the last few months, and since she killed herself, he's been reevaluating his entire life.
Dana, I think, was a younger kid the family had and the son killed her- hence the body in the box. |

One of the funniest lines of the night:
Susan (to her daughter): I don't know, pretend that you're bulimic. Gag a little. |

The Bree and Rex "sex scene" was hilarious! I knew as soon as he set the cheesesteak sandwich down, that she would stop him. Another great episode! Abstinence club! MWHAHAHAHA. I can't believe Rex and the doctor both suggested having someone in the room while they had sex. That's screwed up. Needless to say, I would have reacted exactly like Bree. Great episode though. This show is my new favorite.

I was laughing through that whole burrito/cheesesteak (whatever that thing was) scene. Seeing Bree get more anxious as the contents of it were slowly gouping toward the floor.

ABC has broadcast the top-rated TV show on Sunday in the key young adult sales demographic for 7 weeks in a row. ABC’s “Desperate Housewives” has been the No. 1 show on the night for 6 consecutive weeks, since the series debuted (10/3/04), and the Sunday prior to that (9/26/04) ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” was the No. 1 show of the night. “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Special” (7:00-8:00 p.m.) A special 7:00 p.m. telecast of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” attracted an average audience of 12.1 million viewers and a 4.6 rating, 12 share among Adults 18-49. ABC placed second in the hour to CBS -- which was boosted by an NFL football overrun in the hour -- among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, while ranking No. 1 in the time slot among Adults 18-34 (4.2/13). * Excluding sports programming, ABC delivered its largest audience in the hour since February and its top Adult 18-49 rating in nearly 2 years – since 2/29/04 and 11/24/02, respectively. “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” (8:00-9:00 p.m.) Building on its strong lead-in, ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” pulled in 20.5 million viewers and an 8.6 rating, 19 share among Adults 18-49 to rank a dominant No. 1 in its hour. The show also hit record highs across virtually every demographic, including men, where it drew in nearly 20% of the available audience in the time slot: Men 18-34 (7.4/19), Men 18-49 (8.4/19) and Men 25-54 (9.3/19). * “Desperate Housewives” will qualify as the highest rated telecast on all of TV this season among Adults 18-34 (10.0/24). It is the third-highest-rated broadcast of the season among Adults 18-49, trailing only Game 7 of baseball’s AL Championship Series and the season opener of CBS’ “C.S.I.” In viewers and young adults, it was the strongest regular program to air on any net on a Sunday night since CBS’ “9/11” on March 10, 2002. * In Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, the 11/7/04 airing of “Desperate Housewives” represents ABC’s highest rated scripted telecast since the farewell episode of Michael J. Fox on “Spin City” on May 24, 2000. * “Desperate Housewives” marked ABC’s highest Adult 18-49 rating with regular programming in the time period in more than 9 years – since 5/14/95. “Boston Legal” (10:01-11:00 p.m.) In the 10 o’clock hour, ABC’s “Boston Legal” hit series highs among Adults 18-34 (4.1/11) and Adults 18-49 (5.3/12). Source: Nielsen Media Research (Fast Affiliate Ratings) 11/7/04. * Please Note: ABC’s Baltimore and Cleveland affiliates carried NFL football during primetime, pre-empting some portions of the network’s lineup on the night in both markets. Therefore, the program averages reflected here may adjust slightly once the final national ratings are released by Nielsen tomorrow morning, because the numbers for football are currently in the fast affiliate ratings. |

I know Alias has it's large fanbase but IMO, ABC would be STUPID to move the show when Alias returns in January. They shouldn't risk it. It has the perfect timeslot. Besides, Alias would be better suited for after Lost. Which is what the creator of Alias/Lost is pushing for. |
