What is up with this??? (Rant post!) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Okay, I am becoming extremely frustrated with the postal service now. It is driving me INSANE!!! So, anyway, last month, I won three auctions on ebay. Two on Oct 17, and one on the Oct 26th. I sent out all three payments the following day!!! (Oct 26th auction was sent out that SAME day). Today is what?? Nov 7th. And ALL THREE of these people are telling me that they haven't received any payment???? WHAT THE????? They are all in the US, btw, as myself, so it SHOULDN'T take more than one week. Coincidence or a conspiracy?? Or maybe just bad luck? Or.... maybe that specific mailbox I mail my letters is being "hacked?" I don't know!! But anyway, two of these auctions were sent via personal check. So, I cancelled one of them, and as a penalty had to pay $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! &^*&^&*^*&!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, so, I resent the check on Friday. Great. Whatever. Now..... I have two OTHER people telling me I haven't sent any payment. And there is NO way I am cancelling another damn check and paying another damn 30 bucks to cancel it. And there is NO way I am purchasing another money order. I am REALLY frustrated and mad right now. I'm seriously thinking of sending a letter to MYSELF to see whether if that mailbox/mailman in charge is stupid or dormant or whatever. WTF WTF WTF????

This is sooooo odd!

To the NYCer's: Do any of you send mail via the box between Essex and Stanton? LOL.

Thats crazy. Honestly, if it was just the same person.. Id say theyd be lying. But if it happened to more than one.. also, when you bid do you look at the persons feedback?

Golly, I am just completely BAFFLED right now, you have no idea, LOL. One has 17435, one has 6413, one has 135, and I have 40 myself. So, I'm telling them I sent it.... they don't question my sincerity... but it's just.... so weird????

Thats really weird. Id check out the PO tomorrow or something, maybe they can track it. I know you can have your mail tracked, but that costs $$$.

I thought you can only track it before sending it out? Shrug. I don't know. I'm pissed.

One time I ordered a box of VHS tapes from someone in colorago and it didnt ever come!! (I think it had 30 tapes in it (The seller refunded us))

What happens to these packages?? They have labels with an address dont they??? - How can they just dissapear UNLESS SOMEONE IN THE POSTAL SERVICE STEALS IT! (It was supposed to be sent by mail)
