Default The Incredibles

I saw this film tonight and I have mixed feelings. I liked it but the movie came with its fair share of shortcomings. Good plot, good story, good visuals.

It just wasn't a Disney Pixar film to me like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, or Monsters Inc. I think putting emphasis on human characters in a Pixar film is like Dee Snider (formerly of Twisted Sister) singing soft rock.

I thought it was good on its own merits but Pixar should stick to nonhuman characters when making movies. At least they'll be going back in that direction with the release of "Cars" a year from now.

I thought it was cute and hilarious. Why are you critiquing it so hard, it's more of a kids movie than anything.

I didn't say I hated it. It's an honest opinion, that's all. I liked it but it was weird watching something I wasn't accustomed to seeing in previous Pixar films.

I thought this movie was amazing. Pixar has done it again. I absolutely loved the characters and story. The action sequences are 'incredible' I'm very impressed once again. I don't think it was as cute or witty as some of the past movies but this movie has some great laugh moments and its thet ultimate comic movie without actually being a real comic.

As a cartoon junkie, I went to see this tonight mostly because Brad Bird (who wrote and directed it) is an animation god. He was also responsible for "The Iron Giant," which was also a great movie.

Anyway, I absolutely loved it. Bird is great with telling original stories with heart and soul, which, for animated movies, isn't easy to achieve. And of course, kudos to Pixar... the animation is DAMN good. Several times during this movie I actually forgot I was watching a cartoon. The little subtleties they add to the characters only make them seem more real.

Its a family film, the first PG rated Pixar film ,longer then the other pixar films, suphero movie,& sounds & looks damn good to me. This is the last Pixar movie to be
distributed by Disney.

I like that they finally made a movie that has all human characters in it instead of: Toys,Bugs,Toys,Monsters,& Ocean life.Well I like all the other movies....er...bye.

I just saw this movies yesterday and I liked it. I'd say I loved it but I don't know if I would go that far, but I Really liked it! The animation was great(of course), and I liked the story!

I also really liked the little pre-movie movie they showed before it about the sheep. Cute and funny and it had a rather uplifting message, I thought.
