That stinks big time. Hopefully they will get together to do the commentaries for at least some of the Moonlighting episodes on DVD.

I read his answer too and it sounded very abrupt to me. Not sure what's going on with him lately.

Looks like sometimes he's tired of answering, but then you shouldn't open a message board with Ask Bruce right?
But it's ok I know now what I wanted to know.

I'm satisfied.

Hehehehehe

Well, I like Bruce taking time to answer, to chat, and all that... I appreciate his efforts. But... you know what? I don't like the way he answers... It looks to me like he's being ironic most of the time... I don't know... Sometimes in the chat he IS abrupt, like you said Cybr, and he's just making fun of people... (not always, but it did happen sometimes)

BW gave one of his not so nice answers again today. Someone asked him if he would like to be a judge on American Idol. His reply seemed sarcastic to me.

This was in the Ask Bruce section:

paraphrased -- Bruce, would you ever consider being a judge on a show like American Idol?

His answer:

My order of priorities as far as being a judge of Anything on a TV show would run as follows:

1.) The Moonlighting Reunion show

2.) Center Square on Hollywood Squares

3.) a Judge on American Idol

4.) A dude that gets fired on The Apprentice

your pal,

bw

How would you all take his answer? Any comments?

I agree with you. Very sarcastic, as if he's much too important for anything like that. It's also a little arrogant to me, particularly since TV made him a star.

Concerning the comments about his latest post about how he doesn't wanna be a judge or do reality shows or ML reunion....I think that what Bruce was trying to say was that he has said repeatedly he is not interested in doing TV at this point in his career.

I agree with Cindy, I think he was trying to say that he didn't want to do more TV, he's happier doing film. I remember in another post he said that if he had a choice he'd do more theatre if he could because you get the interaction with real people.

I honestly didn't see his answer as being arrogant, just stating a choice, he did do ML for several years, so I can see that he wouldn't want to commit to another long running series. He does still do some TV appearances don't forget (like Friends etc). His sense of humour does seem to get him in trouble at times tho...
