There was no penalty. They called illegal forward motion but the guy had stopped. The Skins got robbed, but they probably would have given up a field goal since there was 2 minutes something to go anyway.

Favre should have had more picks. He was basically throwing it up for grabs. I know the DB Springs dropped one that was thrown right to him.
