Default Did anyone notice...

In "Sleep Talk, Sweet Talk" they are talking about when Angela's birthday is. We assume it is somewhere at the end of the year or right before summer, although we don't really know. Anyway, Angela asks Tony "what day is tomorrow?" and he replies "Thursday." Angela continues on with "Ohh! Well then, the day after that would be Friday. Friday the 20th!" Of course Tony brushes her off by saying he has to clean the garage on the 21st, but he knows Angela is speaking of her birthday on the 20th.

Well, in "Sit Down and Be Counted" when the survey guy comes to the door, he starts be telling what he knows about Angela. He gets all the way to saying "Birthday, October 16th, 19-" when she cuts him off before he finishes the year.

Did anyone else notice this flaw??

Well, if I'm not mistaken, "Sleep Talk, Sweet Talk" aired in May of 88, and the 20th of that month was actually a Friday, so it leads me to believe that (since they were set in that year) Angela's birthday in that episode was May 20th. In "Sit Down and Be Counted" it is like, many months away from that! LoL! October 16th. Although, Mona's birthday was said to be October 22nd. Do you think they got them backwards?

They also messed up Sam's birthday. Her 12th birthday ("Samantha's Growing Up") was celebrated in December or January (according to the airdates), but her 13th birthday ("Ad Man Micelli") was celebrated sometime in October. What's with the producers and October birthdays?

And Tony celebrates his birthday in "It's Somebody's Birthday", which aired in May 18th, but his birthday is said to be sometime at the end of April. This one isn't such a jump as Angela's, but it's still interesting.

yeah that is right

But they do that on shows all the time. For instance there is one show where the same character's B-day is scattered throughout the entire year throughout the Series.

Once in March, then December right before Christmas, etc.

Also in "Sit Down and Be Counted" Tony says that his B-day is April 23rd 1952. (Which they do rearrange it for shows)

But his birth year is '51 like my mother's and I just read today that his B-day is the 21st.

Well, Tony is playing a different age than he really is then. I mean, that would mean Tony (Micelli) would be 32 when he first met Angela, meaning she would be 34, born in 1950. Of course, Judith was born in 1949, but she still looks like she's in her late 30s or early 40s.
