starring Joseph Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence, and Andrew Lawrence. Joseph Lawrence plays Scott Taylor, 28 years old. Matthew Lawrence plays Brian Taylor, 24 years old. Andrew Lawrence plays Kyle Taylor, 16 years old. Scott and Brian live in their apartment in Sacremento, California and argee to take in their youngest brother Kyle after their dad and mom are going through a bad divorce. The Taylor brothers's parents are Steve and Linda Taylor (Tim Allen, Jamie Lee Curtis). Scott and Brian work at the local car garage in Sacremento. Kyle is a sophomore in high school. Scott's model-like girlfriend [of 18 months], Tara Reynolds (Tara Reid) often drops by very frequently. Brian's new girlfriend, Nikki Thompson (Amy Smart). Tara Reynolds, 27 and Nikki Thompson, 25 are cousins and childhood best friends. While now living with his big brothers, Kyle's object of affection turns out to be his teenage neighbor girl, Rachel Lambert (Hilary Duff).
