I'd have to go with Spacely. Mr. Slate was nasty, but sometimes he gave Fred the benefit of the doubt. He had a mellow side. Spacely on the other hand, was plain nasty and cold. He didn't have a heart at all. Plus, he was greedier. George Jetson never stood up to him. Fred did stand up to Slate once in a while.

Yup its unanimous, Slate could be tough, but he was fair, Spacely was just a jackass at all times!

It would have to be Mr. Spacely. He had no heart and the same nasty tone throughout the entire series. Even in an episode where Spacely promoted George to vice president, he still got fired. Spacely was also abusive toward his rival Cogswell Cogs and kept scheming to put Cogswell out of business. His line became a catchphrase "JETSON, YOU'RE FIRED!!"

Well the fact that Will Smith made a reference to Mr. Slate on Fresh prince of Bel-Air, Mr. Slate was probably the nastier boss
