Some Helpful Advice for Boston Red Sox Fans - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

We all know that tonight's Game 7 will be very stressful so i have some advice. It's something I do when the Eagles are in the playoffs. If you want to avoid be stressed out tonight and extremely nervous, just simply record the yanks/sox game on one TV and watch something else on another TV until about 1am. Then at 1am turn to ESPNEWS to see th Final Score and if you see that the Sox won, just watched the Game the following night in it's entirety without being stressed.

I have done this for every NFC Championship Game since 2002 to avoid a rapid heart beat and constant sweating.lol

How much fun is that. This is what baseball is all about, good rivalry down to the wire.

It would be like going to the movies at the end, and then staying for the beginning.

Solomon, that doesn't work. I try avoiding the game, but my curiosity just takes over and I have to see what the heck is going on.

Well it's was just some advice. If you want to be on the edge of your seat, pacing back and forth, sweating, shaking, a pounding heart, and extreme nervousness, then have a BALL!!!-lol

Well it works for me-lol I don't want to get myself stressed out watching the Eagles and have my blood pressure rising. It's just easier for me to record the NFC Championship in one room while i watch other shows in another room and just check the score 4 hours later and watch the game the next day without any problems. Take my advice

Except for the 'pacing' part that sounds a lot like sex, lol. I prefer to experience it rather than to read about it later. I'll take my chances. I know you mean well but fun is fun. I'm in... I hope.

But why would you read about a red sox loss? I would think you would just move on with your life

After I finished reading about the Yankees loss I would go on with my life. Then I'd watch the World Series between the Red Sox and the Cardinals or the Astros.

Did you just see the game winning homerun by the Cards in game 6, tied 4-4 in the 9th? That's what its all about!
