Two GUB mistakes about one episode? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

The Greowing Up Brady book when discussing the ep about Tank Gates wrongly claims that Tank is from Carol's college days. He's from her high school days. Someone claimed that the GUB book also seemingly says that Jerry, Marcia's boyfriend in the same ep,goes to a high school called Clinton. In the actuaL ep Jerry wernt to a high school called (I'm prety sure) Fairview. Whatever the name of Jerry's high school was it sure wasn't. Even if the GUB book doesn't make this mistake about Jerry it still for sure made a mistake about Tank. And tragically about Chris Shea too crediting his work to Eric Shea.

I just checked the revised edition of Growing Up Brady. THE TANK GATES MISTAKE IS STILL THERE!!! It still says that Tank is from Carol's college days. The GUB book contains around 30 mistakes!!! Mostly to all Barry Williams' fault!!!!

Oh, Twinkles!

Did anyone else think that the whole Tank Gates subplot was completely ridiculous? He didn't remotely seem like anyone Carol would ever have dated.

He was probably ok in highschool, the trouble is that he never grew beyond that!
