Actually, this board is very much like "The Honeymooners" Message Board which I also visit regularly.....Weeks can go by without much to talk about, but then some series-related bit of news will hit the streets (either good or bad) and people will start posting messages like crazy!

I'm surprised the lot of you aren't talking about Sideways . It's supposedly going to be a really big movie, I mean, they're Probably going to give Thomas Haden Church a supporting actor nom at the Oscars, which is kind of scary... I mean, our Lowell!

Hey, Ange!! I just now read your posts, so welcome back!! I mentioned Sideways a few weeks ago on another thread(I don't remember which one). I read about it in USA Today rating it as one of the best movies of the year. I, too, heard about a possible Oscar nomination for Thomas Haden Church. I would be estatic!!

Wow, this is the first reply I've gotten in the two weeks I've been here. I got some replies when I came back, but that was about it. The Boy Meets World board is active, so I've been over there.

Did you witness any Sideways goings on while you were there?
The news is spreading quickly. There are reviews this week in everything from People to US Weekly.
Thomas Haden Church is also being talked about more than Paul Giamatti, which is really, really insanely cool.

Every once in a while I look at MTV's TRL to see if they'll have a shot of Times Square. It would be cool to see a big billboard for Sideways out there

Yeah. It's already out in limited release. I already read that on a news site from the UK.
It's funny how it happened that way. Thomas isn't a heartthrob... to anyone... except for a few...

Ive been trying to upgrade my cable for about 6 months, but without a job, I couldn't. However now I have a full time job (2nd shift) and school during the day .. Im dead tired to stay up till the wee hours of the morning to watch Wings * wipes the tear from her cheek *
