anti-virus programs - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

My Norton expired like a year ago and I never bothered updating it ( I know, I know ), but these days my computer sucks more than ever and I decided to try getting it back to normal... I already downloaded spybot before to rid spyware and my computer's working better already. Yeah anyways, anyone have any good anti-virus programs to recommend? Preferably, something free that I can download online, but I'm open to anything. Thanks in advance.

I don't think there are any free antivirus programs only free trials.

I think thats true about only free trials, and no free rides. It's worth it to pay or trouble will follow you around like the plague. I suggest NOD32. They'll give a very substantial free trial and they have worked very well for me so far.

Actually there's AVG Anti-Virus, it's totally free, and I swear by it. I love it, if it weren't for that, I would have had some major viruses

Just make sure you keep it updated weekly. Updating it is very easy

Go to www.snapfiles.com and look under "freeware." The Avil antivirus is pretty good!
