Schneider the Super - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I am going insane trying to remember what (possibly awful) sitcom had a character named "Schnieder the janitor (or super, ?). I can picture the guy with his big '70's black coiff, his vest and toolbelt and even recognize his face but I can't put an actor's name to it. Someone have mercy, please.

Thanks very much for the help. My aging mind isn't retaining these important facts like it used to. And, the autographed photo of Shneider was icing on the cake. I like this board a lot.
