Are definitely his fault. The many mstakes in both versions of his Growing Up Brady book I mean.And Chris Kreski's fault. And the fault of Barry Williams fans who spotted a bunch of mistakes in the first edition of GUB back in 1992
but did not write Williams and dare risk offending him by telling him his book was laced with errors.

Must be most of his fans were too chicken of insulting the guy by telling Williams his book was full of dumb errors.
