I decided to watch this show, it kinda reminds me of LA Law, but in Boston. Legal stuff with soap opera mixed in for good measure. LOL
Anyway, first I didn't realize that William Shatner was in this... I am a long time Star Trek fan. And that Jr was playing his son was a hoot. I think the story line for the two of them was rather poinent. Some how when Jr kept calling Shatner's character "Dad" I almost lost it, thinking of how he might have called Freddie that. And the fact that he hadn't seen his dad in 15 years was also kinda interesting.... I couldn't help but wonder if he didn't draw on some of his real life pain of not having his dad around growing up to make his character come to life. In a way it was hard to watch. I did think that he did a good job. I know his real dad would be very proud of him. |

Fred Jr. was pulling my heart strings too. I also love William Shatner and to see him with Fred Jr.. made my day.
I enjoyed this show although I've never seen it before. I wish Fred Jr would be a regular. Here is a photo of Fred Jr. on the show. Is he a HUNK or what? I'm so proud of him...... sniff..... |

It is a new show..so who knows..maybe he WILL be a re-occuring character..... I only got to see a little of it....but Jr. did a pretty good job! I love Shatner too....did anyone you happen to see the movie SHOWTIME w/Eddy Murphy? Shatner has a small role in that and he is a HOOT! Who would have thought Captain Kirk could be soooo funny!?! hehe......... or TJ HOOKER for that matter!

iI love Shatner in those Priceline commercials too. Especially the one when Spock comes in to take over the Priceline commercials. His face is so funny.

I have a cousin who looks like William Shatner. The older version.
