Ep3: Forgiving And Forgetting:
Dino gets up the nerve to forgive his mom for her affair. Jonathon walks in on Ben and Ms. Young making out after school. Ben is told by Ms. Young that she wants out of the relationship. Ben becomes hurt. Sue must study hardcore for a big exam in Chemistry, but she ends up pulling an all-nighter with no sleep. She sleeps all right, during class and doesn't finish her exam and gets her first and only F in her whole school history.

Ep4: Rumble In The Friendship:
After Sue makes a harsh comment about Dino to her, Jackie becomes offended. Jackie and Sue's friendship is put on hold, until Sue apologizes for the comment about Dino. Deborah tries to patch the two friends back up. Ms. Young tells Ben in private, that she has been engaged and is 2 months pregnant with her fiancee's kid. Ben is heartbroken and shocked, Jonathon tries to cheer him up.

Ep5: Dino's Brother:
Dino and Jackie attempt to have sex, but can't due to Max (dino's brother) walking in on them. Dino and Jackie bribe Max not to tell Michael and Annie. Annie notices something is up, when Dino invites Max along with him to a school football game with the guys. Ben and Jonathon learn Deborah's old boyfriend (whom she lost her virginity) goes to their school and are bound and determined to find out who he is.

Ep6: Bye, Bye Ms. Young:
Ms. Young moves to Boston with her fiancee to be near their families-which causes Jonathon and Dino to think that Ben is going to be a wreck--but he is really over her now. Ms. Young gives Ben a good-bye kiss before she leaves the school, Ben calls her a tease and walks out on her. Deborah, Jackie, and Sue are accused of shoplifting some make-up at the mall. Michael and Annie decide to throw Max a 13th birthday party, but Max wants it co-ed with no parents-which doesn't fly well with his parents.

Ep7: Boxers Or Briefs:
Sue and Jackie must survey the guys at school on whether boxers or briefs are more comfortable. Dino finds Jackie asking guys that question a little uncomfortable. Ben refuses to answer the two girls' little survey question. Truth gets out that he prefers going commando (without any underwear). Dino, Sue, Jackie, Jonathon, and Deborah get a kick out of Ben's answer.

Ep8: Fields Versus Miller:
Jonathon competes against Sue for the position of Class President. Dino and Jackie vote for their friends (Jackie for Sue, Dino for Jonathon) which causes tension between the two teens. Deborah and Ben attempt to bond, but they feel weird being around each other without Jonathon around. Jonathon ends up backing out the election for Class President, due to Sue spreading rumors about him. Sue realizes he dropped out, she decides set people straight and resign herself from the election and letting Jonathon know she's sorry in front of the whole school.

Ep9: Halloween:
The gang prepares for the annual Halloween dance at the school. Then, the gang goes to a haunted house together, the guys and girls end up getting separated and search for the others. Annie and Michael are relieved to learn that Max will be handing out candy this year, so they can just relax and take it easy.
