He hung with Mork. He was in the cartoon version, too.

he was taking music lessons from Mindy's grandmother in the music store in the first season.

i miss that old lady.

If I remember correctly the actor's name was Jeffrey Jacquet.

That is correct. Jeffrey Jacquet played Eugene (1978-1979). He was only on
the first season.

I didn't remember he was just on during season one, I thought he was on longer. Maybe I'll get the dvd. He was also on another show I liked called Whiz Kids.
