Default Donavan & Rita - Over already?

Have they already decided there will not be a relationship between these two, or is this a tease to have them doing, let's do, let's don't? Thoughts?

I think it's officially over. They decided that they are just going to remain friends.

I am hoping they are not over. I am thinking it will be a plot line that they keep being pulled back together even though they don't think it is wise for them to be together.

I think the J.T and Shelly break up or whatever cause them to hld back and just be friends but that seems like something of a cop out. I think if they just take it slow they'll be alright.

I personally didn't want to see Rita and Donovan together anyway, they would have been rather dull imo. Now her and Nick would have been a different story, I wish they would have put them together, maybe they will somewhere down the line, cause she was jealous when he got a girlfriend and he was jealous when she was trying to hook up with Donovan. Plus Rita and Nick seem to have chemistry and I didn't see that with her and Donovan, they are better off as friends.

I missed a few episodes from last season, the one with Rita being jealous of Nick being one of them. I am not sure I have seen enough of Donavon's character to know if they would have been dull together or not. It did occur to me after reading you post that Nick works for the IRS and she is bankrupt. I guess it was creditors that 'got' her and not the IRS, but I could see some problems there.

Per TV Guide, on the show airing the 15th (I don't recall the title right now), Nick and J.T. convince Donovan to ask Rita on another date.

By any chance was the title called "All my Exes havin' Sexes" because if that's what it's called that's a rerun. I hope it's a rerun cause I really don't want to go back down the Rita/Donovan road again.

Nope, the title is Wheelin and Dealin. It airs on the 15th. Sorry to bring you the bad news.

Oh well that's cool if they hook up then they hook up, all I can do is hope it doesn't last too long. At least it's good news for you since you were disappointed that it ended so fast.

It seems I made a big deal out of nothing. They didn't even hint that there might still be feelings between them, so maybe they won't go back down that road. Well at least they finally acknowledged Rita living with JT and Nick.

I like to know where she's sleeping!!?? It was nice to see Daryl Chill Mitchell on t.v since his motorcycle accident. He and ex-Bull Jay Williams is the reason I stay off those things!!! Give me a bike with pedals!!

Apparently they said something on Tuesday's episode about her sleeping in a guest room. That must be a pretty nice apartment.

You know when J.T. said that about the guest room, I was thinking the same thing about their apartment. I am thinking now, maybe it is a condo. Still pretty nice for a physical thearapist and someone who works for the IRS. I didn't think the goverment paid that well. Maybe that is why Nick doesn't like to pay for drinks and dinner. As much as I like Rita, I keep wondering where she gets the money to do the things she does if she is trying get back on her feet. Another thing I wondered about was when Rita said she was going to work where she got paid for people to tell her what to do. I thought she was a partner.

As we say here in Texas, 'a hog could run through that boy's legs (Rita's friend). I felt sorry for him.
