My Two Dads On Tv - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I remember it was on USA network for the longest time along with
the facts of life back in the early/mid 1990's and then USA took it off the air. I think if they ever would air the show again they would put it on TVLand and put it on a box set or something. I don't think it produced enough episodes of a newtork to air it on a contiuious basis like USA did... but there is always a chance it could be on DVD.

My mom and I used to see My Two Dads when USA first aired reruns of it and we thought it was a cool show and it's hard to believe that Paul Reiser appeared on this show and he was awesome. While Greg Evigan was impressive and played the role of the father to perfection he brought a funny sense of humor because it was so cool to see. It was also a surprise to see that Staci Keanan made her big splash on My Two Dads because before then she was featured as a commercial actress and appeared on a Captain Kangaroo special and My Two Dads really made Staci's career soar and she showed her stardom on Step By Step after My Two Dads ended it's run in 1990. It's really a shame that you don't see shows like My Two Dads today because My Two Dads really showed the love between a daughter and a stepfather because when it comes to families there's nothing like the relationship between a father and daughter that brings daughters closer than ever to their dads. I think FETV or Hallmark Channel should do a marathon of My Two Dads for Father's Day because it's a great show about the love of fathers and daughters

My Two Dads airs in primetime on Antenna TV Sunday nights, two episodes 8-9PM eastern time. This weekend it was preempted for the Valerie tribute marathon, but My Two Dads will be back on September 8.

On Antenna Tv here, they've stopped showing it at that time even though it calls for it in the guide. This past weekend it showed Barney Miller in that time slot. Don't know if they're taking it off for good or if they moved it to a different time.

Were you watching on a Saturday? Barney Miller airs in the 8PM hour then, but not on Sundays. The last two weeks My Two Dads has been preempted on Sundays by the Coach marathon and the last minute Valerie marathon. It should be back this Sunday on September 8.

I recorded it so I may have put in the wrong date. I'll check this Sunday and see if it's back. I like the show, and was always a fan of Greg Evigan.
