I heard The Watts Towers mentioned on an episode of Sanford & Son and never knew they were real until doing a search on the internet. Has anyone who uses this board ever seen them?

Yes! The Watts Towers sits in the middle of a residential street, and is surrounded by a walled fence. Its been a really long time, since I have been in that area to see them, but my dad would drive us by there every once in a while when we were kids.
The cool thing about it is, that this work of art is still around even after all these years, and to think one man made this out of a labor of love, as a way to give back to the community. |

Yeah, just went to a website dedicated to the towers. It's www.wattstowers.com, and gives photos and a history of the artwork in the community there. Very interesting . . .
