Question Love at first sight...

ok, I'm kinda confused. I've been w/ my bf for like a month now. When I first met him, we had an instant connection. We have so much in common, and I've never felt the way I feel about him for anyone else. but a week into the relationship he used the "L" word. I didn't really know how I felt about him. I don't want to make the mistake of saying it back if he's not really the one. How do I know that he really means it? Isn' it too early for him to be using the "L" word???? I have strong feelings for him, but i've never been in love so I don't know im confused HELP!!!!

Being in love with someone is one of the scariest parts of life; I met someone back in 2001, and we were both instantly attracted to each other, and with in a month into our relationship we both declared our love for each other...but unfortunately, love is a pretty powerful emotion, and this feeling I had for this man, only turned out to be a lust, and the relationship ended 7 months later...I highly recommend that you wait and see what happens between the two of you..and Good Luck

Love... is the slowest form of suicide.

The moment we looked at eachother, we both smiled and just saw it in eachothers eyes. It truly was like love at first sight. This was last March... from March until now, we were off and on. We both had major life issues going on, not to mention me being stuck in rehab, but we both stuck by eachother. I was falling in love with her, but after awhile, she didn't feel the same. We had a major blowout and we ended it. We still talk, as much as I hate her, she broke my heart more times than I can count on fingers and toes, yet I still have feelings for her deep down.. somewhere. I hate her... yet I love her... but that feeling isn't mutual anymore.

My point- don't rush into love. No matter how much you think you're falling for someone, it's going to get ****ed up in the process, unless you're Clark Gable or something. Your heart is going to end up broken.

You must know original & revival casts, soundtracks, performance runs, dates, theatres, numbers, how many Tony Awards A Chorus Line won.
You must be Broadway.
That's right bitches. I AM Broadway.

I broke my last boyfriend's heart; he was a very good person, but he was just too young for me. I need to have someone closer to my age to feel compatiable with emotionally, but unfortunately for I, the older I become, the more attracted I am to younger guys...

what was the age difference, I'm just curious. (Actually, could I just get both of your ages, to know how big of a difference it actually was relatively)

Emotionally..the difference was greater than our actually ages, if that makes any sense; he was a decade younger than I...

No matter how old you are, you never can really be sure.

Of course it is. But if you're still teenagers, you're basically "practicing" this love business. Just make sure the other "L-word" isn't what he wants. As in saying it to you so he'll get "lucky."

It's best to take things slow. Build a foundation of friendship and go from there.

Yet each situation is different. My husband and I connected instantly, and it worked out. I know that George and Laura Bush met in 1977 and married three months later.

With every success story though, there's a horror show.

If he's the guy for you, you won't have to ask. Your heart will tell you. If he's going too fast for you, tell him you want to take things slower.
