I think it's a tie. Jack Tripper was good at physical comedy and Chrissy Snow was good at humorous quotes.

yeah i cant decide..Chrissy was funny with what she said...Jack was funny with the physical comedy..but also what he said. So i guess Jack was funnier than Chrissy, but she really made me laugh out loud a lot.. -Leslie

I think the show proved that it could survive without Chrissy. It couldn't without Jack. He had the best laughs, and most of Chrissy's lines went to Mr Furley anyway. So JACK, all the way!
