....because I can't think of another where she was any good. The child abuse show was good, but she seem to go down hill after that.

The child abuse episodes were good. I liked the Penny character, but she was not needed on the show. Also, the episode where Penny got sick was good. The snobby doctor on there played, "Leggy Peggy" on, "Uptown Saturday Night."

i'm gonna have to agree with you. after the child abuse storyline had run its course, there really wasn't much else for her to do. it didn't take a genius to figure out she was getting beat up, her whole existence could have wrapped up in a Part 1/Part 2 thing.
after wologna officially became her guardian/adopted mother...she really didn't have anything going on. aside from throwing JJ compliments and hanging with Michael...what else could she bring? guess they thought the character had gone through more than enough drama so they let her just be a support character on the side. i mean, it was janet jackson. they didn't care if she just read a magazine every episode on the couch. micheal jackson's little sister was on their show..that's all they cared about. |
