How did y'all like the E show on Good Times? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It would've been better if Thelma, JJ, and James were interviewed for the story like Michael, Willona, Bookman, and the writers were. They only showed interviews with them from previous years, on someone's tv show. I think they deserved a two hour show.

Going thru tapes over the weekend, I finally found my video full of E's. LOL

I didn't like it because I don't think they dug up enough information. Had they did, and if Esther Rolle was still alive, it would have been a 2 hour special. Notice Jimmie Walker didn't give any recent imput. I think he got animosity towards the cast.

I haven't see any E Hollywood True Story yet.

I will love to see the Good Times episode.

It is on my TO DO list!

THS of Good Times was Incomplete to me

it is too bad they didn't shed new light on Good Times AND talk to all the actors.

I might as well skip the so called documentary.
