PAX Revamps Game Show Block Today, Adding Pyramid

PAX revamps its game show block today, moving three shows to new time slots, expanding the block to three hours and adding repeats of the 2002-04 version of Pyramid.
The Donny Osmond version of the series, syndicated by Sony Pictures Television the past two seasons, joins the lineup at 7 p.m. (EDT/PDT, though some lineups are listing both a 6 and 7 p.m. telecast).
Balderdash and On the Cover, the two new entries in PAX's prime time schedule which have been taking a pounding in the Nielsens, move to earlier slots. On the Cover switches to 5:30 p.m. and Balderdash to 6.
Weakest Link telescopes to a single daily episode to lead off the block at 5 p.m.
Shop 'til You Drop, which is currently in repeats, stays at 6:30 while last season's episodes of Family Feud remain at 7:30.

Well, that simplifies the fact that there are no new syndicated game shows this season! At least PAX covers them all up!

Get this: Pyramid was canceled for only drawing a 1.8 Nielsen last November. The two shows Sony chose to go with as replacements, Pat Croce and Life and Style drew the dynamic 0.6 and 0.5 ratings, respectively, during their premiere week....
