Pretty much any kind of music helps me to relieve stress. I listen to a lot of rock and pop music when I'm stressed. Some of the bands I listen to the most are:

Evanescence, the Beatles and post-Beatles music, Heart, Bryan Adams, Ashlee Simpson and Buddy Holly.

Grazing in the Grass by Raven really chills me out.
