It can't be his money alone. he'd have to be somewhat good looking, but that obviously isn't it... he's gotta have some kind of advantage us normal men don't have. I think his hair is a ploy. I mean, he knows it looks horrible and he has the money to get some decent hair. But he keeps it for two possible reasons:

1) It has become his trademark and gets him plenty of attention from the media. And in business, any sort of attention is good.

2) He may superstitiously link it to his success. So he's afraid of changing it.
