Is the "Good Looking Guy" photo (Eric Mathews) taken from an episode or is that a still art shot?

It's taken from the episode I'm pretty sure. Post a link for the pic and maybe I can tell for sure

Does anyone know where I can find a picture of Topanga crying? For example that one where Cory and Topanga are telling Shawn and Angela about how horrible their apartment is and have the following conversation:
Angela: Topanga are you crying?
Topanga: No, why would you ask that?
Angela: Because you're face is all scrunched up and tears out of your eyes.
Topanga: Is this crying? Then I've been doing it for the past three nights.

I think it's in episode #144 The Honeymoon is Over.
