The other day I Decided to take another step in the right direction.....I have decided to quit smoking. I have now been Nicotine free for three days. Now with the money I save from smoking I can buy the Scrapbooks instead.

Thanks Everyone for your encouragement. It definitely isn't easy to quit, but once I have finally done it, It will be worth it, I find myself chewing gum, having a bowl of Ice Cream or eating Jelly Beans instead.
