Default Was the Whopper Chopper Episode Episode another one of those unwatchable episodes

from the last two season in your opinion? I hated this episode from start to finish. And the scene i hated the most was the whopper chopper seller dancing around Fred's house before he sold him the chopper. Horrible episode

Yep - it sucked big time. The same dude who played Timmy the Sign Guy (in the "Lucky Ticket" ep.) was indeed awful as the Chopper salesman & the Cavorting Connoisseur character was incredibly unfunny as well.

I thought it was an average episode. It wasn't great, but it was alot better than Camping Trip.

I thought it was a decent episode, especially since it came from Sanford and Son's waning popularity 5th season; but I agree with JP, there is not one single episode worse than Camping Trip, which to me, was a total bore...

The whopper chopper episode was dumb. It had nothing to do with the series. The greatest show in watts was another stupid episode. I wonder who wrote the episodes for the final two years?

Just to get technical the whopper chopper salesman was not Timmy the sign guy from the "winning ticket" episode. He was his partner, Mr. LaDuke.
"anyone wanna buy a table??"

The only part that episode that i kind of liked was when Fred has Mrs. Hopkins and the other neighborhood ladies over for a whopper chopper demonstration.
Fred: "im going to enteratain and amaze you all!!
Mrs. Hopkins: "wonderful!!"
Fred: "this is a onion...
Mrs. Hopkins: "AMAZING!!"
I loved the nasty look on Fred's face whe she did that!!

I thought the episode was pretty funny myself. Especially when Fred and Hutch go to the TV station and go out into the audience and Fred stumbles over the lady who says, "Will you, please?!!",and then Fred says, "Not for all of the money in the world." And then when the Cavorting Connessieur asks for someone in the audience, the lady says,"I Will!!!",followed by Fred saying,"No,you won't",she continues on,and Fred tells her she needed to go on a diet. And I liked it when Fred said "Good bread, good meat, I'm a Baptist, let's eat." And also where Fred turns the place into a shambles by selling the product, and the guy buys the Choppers off of Fred, and Fred wanted $5 for his word, and then Fred gives him a raspberry.

I liked it when Mrs. Hopkins and the ladies said that they had all bought Whopper Choppers and they had safety catches with them and Mrs. Hopkins wanted Fred to do his magic tricks.
Mrs. Hopkins: Come on. Show us some of your magic tricks.
Fred: Okay. I am going to make myself disappear.
Mrs. Hopkins: Really?!! You can make yourself disappear???
Fred: No, not me. You, her, her, all of you ladies, out out out.
