I just started watching A Different World this week and I love it, such a great show, IMO better than the Cosby Show

I never liked the first season but the rest of the seasons were good. I don't know if it was better then TCS during its peak years. It was better then the last 3 years When Raisin and Pam joined the cast.

I just can't get into the Cosby Show anymore. I don't know what Season Oxygen is on, but I am loving the show, IMO it's better than TCS

Do what I do when I want channels, send them emails everyday requesting that channel, get your family and friends to do it too

Glad to see you like ADW Angela. It's one of my all-time favorites. I even like first season because I had such a crush on Lisa Bonet back then lol I watched the whole show during its original run & taped all the episodes off TBS a few years ago. I'm glad Oxygen is airing it, I try to catch it when I can. I agree, I think its much better than the Cosby Show IMO. My favorite seasons are seasons 2-4. They need to put ADW on DVD, but I guess that won't happen until The Cosby Show comes to DVD first. Starting October 4th, A Different World is moving to 10-11am & 4-5pm weekdays. Oxygen's making room for "Living Single" & "Ellen." My UPN station also airs ADW weeknights at 1am.

My UPN station just dropped it. It had been airing 9 to 10am weekdays and they had a few weekend airings as well. I've managed over the past year to record all 144 episodes to hold me over until an official dvd set is released. Seasons 3-5 were probably my favorites, and I agree ADW is much better than The Cosby Show.

I just wish Cannon orJake And The Fatman would come to tv. I still can't get over that Jake airs on one of your channels. I haven't seen it since it went off the air.

My UPN has been airing Jake and the Fatman for about 10 years now. The station owner must be obsessed with that show or something
