Default Would anyone like the pop-up facts in every episode of the marathon?

I love the pop up facts, i think they are so fun. Some people find them distracting when watching a episode but I look forward to reading each one. Anyone else?

Yes, I would love to see all episodes of The Brady Bunch converted into Pop Up Brady. From the episodes they did create; I found the pop-up bubbles to be fun, interesting and sometimes funny. I can't understand how they can be distracting themselves because you don't really have to follow along with the storyline since they give you information on almost everything on the show. I would like to have seen Nick at Nite/TV Land have done this with other shows; I would watch and record all of them.

I found them interesting, but I don't think I would want them there for every episode. But it was annoying to me to hear that sound effect every time one pops up, imitating the sound of being pulled out of an airtight cylinder (or something).

Most of the trivial facts I already knew, or at least they were no surprise. But one exception was that R.Reed thought the character Sam the butcher was "too low class" for the show. If he was concerned about 'reality', I see nothing unreal about a domestic worker dating a blue collar businessman; and the snobbery hint has a poor ring about it.

you can blame that on VH1. Pop Up Video was a show on VH1.

Actually I think that was something Alan Hale, Jr., said about the part of Sam, which is why he turned it down and Allan Melvin accepted it. It might have been neat to see "The Skipper" play Sam, and it would've given the show another Gilligan/Brady connection, along w/ the guest appearances by Jim Backus and Natalie Schafer, but Allan Melvin was fine for the part.
