Default Richie Aprile on Ray Romano Show

I came home last night and turned on the tv and that Ray Romano show was on (in syndication on one of the local channels). Sorry, I don't regularly watch that show so I can't remember right now for the life of me the name of that show. Raymond???? Anyway, I saw that David Proval (who played Richie Aprile) was on this particular episode playing someone from Italy who wanted to learn how to play the piano from the mother in law (Marie?). Does anyone know was this episode filmed before or after David Proval was on the Sopranos. It's funny to see him in anything else because I can only think of Richie Aprile when I see him.

Dutch

You know its very ironic that you bring that up.Cause I always watched Raymond and I was watching that episode of The Sopranos on In Demand and......I SAW HIM! I was kinda suprised when I saw him.I couldn't handle that episode though there was to much sexual stuff.I like it when people get whacked cause thats what mob lifes mostly like not some ex con getting his dick sucked by a whore in a pitch dark room.Well with the mob doing drugs nowadays the mob could be really like that now.Cause the mobs changed a lot since the 1950's like when The Godfather toke place there a lot more drugs out now.Which might cause those guys to have more sex and be more violent and disrespectful.

Well, thanks for your comments, and you made many interesting points but I still don't know if David Proval appeared on that episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond" (See, I remembered this time!!! LOL!) BEFORE or AFTER he was in the Sopranos??????

Now, on to your comments. I have to admit that I love watching the Sopranos. I've watched the entire series twice now. I really enjoy getting to know the characters and their daily lives and knowing that something is going to happen because everything seems to affect everything else. But, for me, personally, I have two complaints about the series: 1) There is too much nudity; and 2) Taking the Lord's Name in vain is far too frequent. Those are my two objections. I realize that probably most people wouldn't object to those things (especially the first reason) but, IMHO, the show would not lose any of its' appeal or impact if they lessened the two things I mentioned.

Default P.S. Justfuhgetaboutit . . . .

. . . I wanted to ask you about HBO Indemand. I have read messages, I believe, where you mentioned this before. How does "In Demand" work????? You get to choose what shows or movies you watch???? Do you pay a certain fee for each one you choose? Sort of like Pay per View???? Also, are you watching the series in order??? I would assume so. But just curious.

David Proval started appearing on Everybody Loves Raymond as Signore Fogagnolo in October of 2000. He started appearing on the Sopranos as Richie Aprile in January of 2000. So the Sopranos was first.
