I liked the two, but I'll go with WH. I related to it better and it was sort of like my childhood.

What's Happening never strayed from it's premise. 9 of the 11 seasons of Happy Days strayed from it. I only like the first 2 years.

So What's Happening by default

I agree. I like Happy Days' first 2 years much better than the screaming audience Fonzie show it became. When Gary Marshall switched Odd Couple's production style it didn't change the show the way it changed Happy Days.

I like WH, even year 3 which is not as good as years 1-2. The spinoff wasn't as good as the original but I'd give it a chance if it were on some channel now.
