Cases of unidentified remains really make me sad. Somebody, someplace has to be looking for or wandering what happened to that person or waiting for them to come back home. I remember one case where a girl was found just off the freeway overpass. She had recieved a unique ankle surgery at some point in her past. The sheriff of the county re-opened the case hoping somebody would remember her. Does anybody know of any update to this case?
Here is a link that is local to the Chattanooga Area for unidentified remains. http://www.hamiltontn.gov/MedicalExaminer/intro.htm Somebody out there has to know these people. |

I know what case you're talking about, it was in Florida. They also determined that she had given birth at least once. The sheriff that reopened the case said she might have been a runaway.

Ah yes, that was the case of Little Miss Panasoffkee. If you do a search on this board, you will probably find many posts about it. There was also supposed to be an entry for her added to the Doe Network.
