His name was william john wood an ex cop who was fired from the toledo police dept, in ohio, and he went to las vegas changed his name to Max carson, he hired some models to do a movie but his buisness took a dive and before he left town owing everyone money he raped one of the models, he was arrested in florida for soliciting an undercover cop for sex, but before they found out vegas pd wanted him they released him on bail and then he bailed, does anyone know if he was ever caught? he was on the post office walls for awhile.

William John Wood was captured in 1998, six years ago. The article below is from January 1998, reporting the arrest. He was profiled on America's Most Wanted, in addition to UM. I will try to find any follow-up articles to determine the outcome of the case.
