I will go for 20th Century Fox. They have the best (IMO) catalog of DVD's out thus far, and they put care into every release, and their prices are very reasonable. I can't think of anything they've released that hasn't at least had something (well, Mash isn't loaded, but Fox still cares enough to let you choose between laugh track or not) extras on it.

Image and Shout!Factory do a good job, but their prices keep me from putting them as my fave.

Buena Vista, they are a bit pricey, but they put out good DVDs(so far) and yes I'm gonna say Colombia Tri Star only because they have a great catalog of shows, some of the best that were ever on tv
