I know that it's torture to wait for "Wings" on DVD, and I don't honestly know if Paramount will EVER release DVD sets of the series, but it's amazing how long it has taken OTHER successful TV sitcoms to be released in the DVD format. "Happy Days" has only recently been released, and "The Andy Griffith Show" is going to be released shortly (if it hasn't been already)....and both of those series are highly-successful sitcoms that you would THINK would have been released on DVD long ago! So I guess what I'm saying is that the long, frustrating wait for commercially-released "Wings" DVDs isn't that unusual...but I DO wish that Paramount would release the series!

I haven't been able to come here as much anymore because I just started my job as a classroom assistant. I love my new job. It's great.

I can't believe all of the current and recent shows and short-lived shows that are already out while older shows haven't been released yet.

We all started this messageboard young and naive (even Pilotguy) and here we are going out into the world getting jobs. You're growing up fast Kristen.

I'm sorry, I felt like saying something and that's what came out of me.

As for me, I always drop by here. Lately I've just not been in the mood to actually post anything. I haven't watched the show in months (except for a bit the other day on TV Land!). But even not watching it for a long period of time, it's still my second favorite show and I always carry it around with me during my work day. Kind of corny, but true. I always try to bring "Wingsisms" to my life.

I haven't been around as much because I started classes again on August 30th, so I've already got tons of homework.

Congrats, Kristen on your new job!!

Adam, I also haven't watched "Wings" in a really long time. Well, I did see an episode during one of the TV Land marathons. But other than that, I haven't watched it all summer. 3:30 AM is such a crappy time slot, and I've already seen amost all eisodes and have them on tape, so I'm not gonna stay up until 4 AM to watch it. hehe.

I've been out of town, as usual, and just got home tonight. I have been taping the episodes in the meantime and feeding my Wings habit.

I've also been dealing with all these hurricanes!! I've been living in Fla for 27 years and have NEVER had to go through something like this! Thankfully, my house is still intact. I did manage to get home for a few hours on Labor Day to a house with no power. But I thank God that was the worse of it. It still sucked having no A/C. You don't realize how much you take all that for granted until you don't have it!!

My sister also joked that God wants to get rid of all the Floridians before the next presidential election!!

I never could understand how such a sweetie-pie like Antonio couldn't get a decent girlfriend. I'd go out with him in a heartbeat I'd pick him over Joe. He's way too anal-retentive for me.
