Default Good Deals

This is a post for everyone to suggest sites or stores that have certain (or all) TVDVDs for great prices.

For example....
This week all TVDVDs are 25% off at Media Play.

I've been told Costco has great prices for TVDVDs.

Also Target, Meijer, WalMart aren't bad either

Dvdempire.com has a $10 off deal when you buy two Warner Bros. titles, tv-dvd sets included. Limited time only, I'm not sure when it ends.

In comparing www.deepdiscountdvd.com to www.amazon.com , sometimes you can get a set a lot cheaper at DDD. Sometimes it's only like a dollar difference.

But at amazon, you have to go over $25 to get free shipping, whereas at DDD, you don't ever have to pay if you don't want to.

Most of the TVDVD's were 25% off at Suncoast & Sam Goody's

But I buy most of my TVDVD's at FYE, they have the cheapest prices to me...

My last three good deals were at Deep Discount DVD and Target.

DDD has

"Kingpin" for $7.11

and

"Sledge Hammer!" season 1 for $23.99

While Target had "The Simple Life" season 1 on their $5.50 shelf.

DDD is also currently giving out "grab bag" gifts on selected Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment DVDs (including "Mad About You," "Married... with Children" and "Dawson's Creek"). I loathe CTHE like hell, but that sold me.

I don't know if this is real or a hoax, but it looks like amazon.com has a limited time deal where you can get the first season sets of Buffy, 24, Futurama, the Simpsons, Angel and King of The Hill for only $15 each. Here.

I definitely recommend everyone picking up 24 and tell me if that isn't a great show.

oooooh, thanks! I may just break and get Futurama.

You guys should definately check out Roswell season 1 for that price, Buffy season 1 I wouldn't recommend so much because the first year is not representative of the series IMO.

Forgot to mention Roswell. Looking over the list, I'd most likely get the Simpsons and blind buy Roswell. At 15 bucks I'm definitely tempted.

I want to point out they don't list ILC for $14.99. They have that one for $27.99. Looks like that's their regular 30% off price.

well, Roswell is defintely a genre-defying show. There are moments where it's just a drama, and then other moments where it's really sci-fi, and others where it's a thriller, and there's a few instances of comedy as well. I didn't get into the show until a friend forced me to watch it, and I immediately fell in love with it. The show had a great ensemble IMO. For $14.99, if you dislike it, you could sell it to a used place and recoup just about all that.

this would've been the perfect time to put X-Files season 1 cheap I want those DVD's, but not at $99, I won't pay more than $50 shipping included for those.

I just did it, placed an order for Roswell. If I end up not liking it, I'm sending you the bill. I didn't really want the Simpsons, so I passed on that and just went with Roswell.
